Is wearing Invisalign braces painful?

The best results are achieved when you wear them between 20 to 22 hours per day. The only way you can tell if someone is wearing invisible braces is that their teeth might look a bit more shiny than usual. But you can only notice this if you’re really close or paying attention to their smile. In general, most people don’t even notice that you’re wearing them, unless you tell them that you do.

How to clean your invisible braces?

Invisalign can be cleaned very easily. Much easier than your dental routine when having braces. You just clean with your toothbrush and water.

If you wish to clean them more thoroughly, you can also use soapy water.

Invisalign trays are changed approximately every two weeks, so you don’t need to worry about buildup.
